• As the renter, you are responsible for the contents of the TUB.
• To avoid additional charges, please follow these rules and laws for safe, prompt service.

• $100 Toxic Waste Fine:
  If any toxic or hazardous waste is found in your TUB, you are responsible for paying $100 fine and picking up the waste at TUBS, Inc. offices.

  *****We are required by law to report this to your local county as an illegal disposal.*****

  Toxic/Hazardous waste includes:	Oil	Insecticides	Pesticides	Asbestos	Ballast from fluorescent fixtures
  	Paint	Herbicides	Fluorescent Bulbs	Chemicals	Batteries

• $50 Non-Construction Fine:
  If, after your TUB has been picked-up, we find non-construction items in your Construction TUB, you are responsible for paying a $50 fine. If you want to upgrade your Construction TUB to a Mixed Load, please contact the TUBS office BEFORE pick-up
  
  

  Non-Construction materials include:	Household Junk	Appliances	Railroad Ties
  	Yard Waste	Food Items	Tires

• $50 Return Trip Fine:
  A $50 return trip fee will be charged and your TUB will be left behind if, when we come to pick-up your TUB

  A. The driver sees non-construction material in your construction TUB before pick-up. You will be responsible for 1 of these 2 options:
  - Remove non-construction material and pay $50 return trip fee.
  - Upgrade TUB to Mixed Load and pay the price difference plus the $50 return trip fee.
  
  B. Your TUB is filled above the top of the container. All materials must be inside the TUB, nothing sticking over the top or sides. You will be responsible for removing the excess and paying the $50 return trip fee
  
  C. Your TUB is more than 21” from bottom with concrete, rock, dirt, asphalt, sod, brick or sand. We cannot lift a TUB that is filled more than 21” from the bottom with heavy materials. You will be responsible for removing the excess and paying the $50 return trip fee.
  
  D. Your TUB has been moved from its original delivery location. You will be responsible for moving it back to the original location and paying the $50 return trip fee.

• SCHEDULING PICK-UP:
• Your rental period is UP TO 7 DAYS. You must inform us if you want to keep the TUB for an additional $50/week/TUB.
• You must call 612-825-8827 within 7 days of delivery to schedule a pick-up or extend the rental. Pick-up will be made within 2 business days after your call.
