****YOUR TUB WAS RENTED FOR MIXED/HOUSEHOLD DEBRIS ONLY****

As the renter, you are responsible for the contents of the TUB.
To avoid additional charges, please follow these rules and laws for safe, prompt service.

$100 Toxic Waste Fine:
If any toxic or hazardous waste is found in your TUB, you are responsible for paying $100 fine and picking up the waste at TUBS, Inc. offices.

*****We are required by law to report this to your local county as an illegal disposal.*****

Toxic/Hazardous waste includes:	Oil	Insecticides	Pesticides	Asbestos	Ballast from fluorescent fixtures
	Paint	Herbicides	Fluorescent Bulbs	Chemicals	Batteries

Miscellaneous restrictions:

Food Waste

Railroad Ties

Ballast from fluorescent fixtures

$50 Return Trip Fine:
A $50 return trip fee will be charged and your TUB will be left behind if, when we come to pick-up your TUB
A. Your TUB is filled above the top of the container. All materials must be inside the TUB, nothing sticking over the top or sides. You will be responsible for removing the excess and paying the $50 retrun trip fee.

B. Your TUB is more than 21” from bottom with concrete, rock, dirt, asphalt, sod, brick or sand. We cannot lift a TUB that is filled more than 21” from the bottom with heavy materials. You will be responsible for removing the excess and paying the $50 return trip fee.

C. Your TUB has been moved from its original delivery location. You will be responsible for moving it back to the original location and paying the $50 return trip fee.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Please inform us prior to pick-up if your TUB contains the following:

Appliances are $50 each	This includes refrigerators, air conditioners, dehumidifiers, stoves/ovens, microwaves, water heaters, dishwashers, washers, and dryers.
Electronics are $50 each	This includes monitors, computers, and televisions.
Tires are $25 each

SCHEDULING PICK-UP:
Your rental period is UP TO 7 DAYS. You must inform us if you want to keep the TUB for an additional $50/week/TUB or $10/day/TUB.
You must call 612-825-8827 within 7 days of delivery to schedule a pick-up or extend the rental. Pick-up will be made within 2 business days after your call.
